Boteh Qashqai Bag Circa 1890 Fars Province
Approximately 9in. by 1ft. 1in. (0.23 by 0.33m.). Original flatwoven and brocaded ends with slits for loops, ends fraying with losses into lower guard stripe, foldwear and minor moth damage, overcast sides.

Southwest Persia. One has crease, slight moth damage. Each 2 ft. 3 in. x 2 ft. 1 in.
Qashqai Bag 19th C Fars Province

Dimensions: approx. 55 x 55 cm
Knotted front of a Gaschgai-Khordjin, in the blue field a red-grounded, hexagonal medallion with a cruciform internal drawing of five rosettes, small flowers and animals. In each one a step polygon, the freirs decorated with small flowers and other animals. Fine knot, beautiful colors, elaborately woven closure strip. Bottom reduced, pages original, but slightly damaged, pile well preserved.
